Skyhost Borger Tip

Citizen Tip is an easy and simple way to tip your municipality about damages or other conditions such as potholes, missing street lights or hogweed.

To be able to use the App. your name, e-mail and phone information is mandatory, in order for validation, and to keep you up to date with the latest status on your selected Tips.

To create a tip, a category should be selected, a picture of the subject is mandatory, as well as a short description of what the problem is about. The app automatically finds your location via GPS and sends it with the tip.

Once you have created a tip, you will be notified when a new status occurs, for example, when a repair begin or end .

The app also provides a quick overview of other reports filed near you, and the option to follow them, and receive messages when status changes for these.

Please note:
Upon reporting from the APP, anonymity lapses. It is possible via the App. to have all user relevant information deleted on the Server. In order to do that, choose the About tab, and show User information, then press Delete Account.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
