Special Delivery- You Decide, We Deliver!
- Our app takes the uncertainty out of your shipping experience. Shop your
favorite online stores and receive alerts when your package is safely
scanned into our US Warehouse. Enjoy full access to your package history
details.
- Our load packages feature allows you to request when want your packages
to be loaded for shipment to Freeport.
- Receive further updates when your packages are in transit to freeport,
arrived on island, awaiting customs clearance, and available for pickup at
our local warehouse.
How to use the app
Download the app and sign up for a free account using your Full name, email
address, telephone number, NIB number and a government issued ID.
Once packages are received at our US warehouse, they will appear in your
package history dashboard.
When you are ready for your packages to be shipped, select each one and click
the Request Cargo button. The US warehouse will then be prompted to load your
goods on the next shipment. Be sure to email/upload the appropriate invoices for
all packages you requested to be shipped.
Once your packages are processed through Bahamas Customs and sorted at our
local store, a pickup notification will be sent via email.
