Amazon Offering 14-Day Sling TV Trial, Double that of Sling Itself
Interested in cutting the cord? Amazon is offering a 14-Day Sling TV trial for free, double the normal 7 day trial that Sling itself offers.
Sling TV is one of the three major cord-cutting services that has been made available to Apple TV owners in the past few months. The service allows users to watch popular channels such as ESPN, AMC, TNT, CNN and TBS on their phones, tablets, and, of course, their televisions via set-top boxes without having to pay installation fees or commit to a yearly contract.
It’s also considered, by many, to be the best tv streaming deal out there with plans starting at just $20 bucks a month, $15 lower than both Sony’s Playstation Vue and AT&T’s DirecTV Now starter plans. Of course, Sling offers fewer channels at that price, but for many people, those channels are enough.
Either way, if you’re someone who’s on the fence about cutting the cord and you simply want to give Sling TV a shot, getting 14 days instead of 7 days to play around with the service is obviously a no-brainer.
