Apple Fitness+ Adds Time to Run and Collections
Just in time for the new year, Apple is adding a pair of new features to Apple Fitness+ starting on Monday, January 10.
Collection and Time to Run
First up is Collections for Fitness+. Users can select from a curated series of workouts and meditations from Fitness+ to help reach their goals. These six Collections will be available let launch:
- 30-Day Core Challenge
- Improve Your Posture with Pilates
- Perfect Your Yoga Balance Poses
- Run Your First 5K
- Strengthen Your Back, Stretch Your Hips
- Wind Down for a Better Bedtime
The second addition is Time to Run. The audio experience will help you become a more consistent and better runner. Each episode will focus on a popular grinning route in notable and iconic locations.
Three new episodes will be available on Monday featuring Brooklyn, Miami Beach, and London. One new episode will be released each week on Monday.
And on Monday, the third season of Time to Walk will begin. The first episode will be with actress Rebel Wilson. Each episode features a notable person who shares stories, photos, and music to help you keep entertained while walking.
Other episodes will include Chris Meloni, Chelsea Handler, Sugar Ray Leonard, and Hasan Minhaj.
To use Time to Walk or Time to Run, you just need an Apple Watch and Bluetooth-enabled headphones like Apple’s AirPods line.
