You can time track across projects and the app will automatically detect when you’re idle. With iOS 14 or iPadOS 14 you can see a running timer in a home screen widget. It will also provide a better overview of how your time was spent working.
When it comes time to get paid, the app can automatically generate invoices from all of the logged time entries. You can also create custom invoices for expenses or material costs.

There is also a Mac version of the app available on the Mac App Store.
You can try the app out before creating an account or subscribing in tourist mode.
The premium features are available to unlock for a monthly subscription of $7.99 or $79.99 yearly. Subscriptions are also available for larger teams to work together to track time.
