Most notably, the beta tag has been removed from the multi-stream option and it has been renamed Sling Blue. It’s available to new subscribers for $25 a month and will allow users to watch TV on more than one device simultaneously.

The regular service, which only allows viewing on one device at a time, has been renamed Sling Orange and still costs $20 a month.

Both options feature a number of the same channels and some exclusives. You can see the entire lineup comparison here. If interested, you can now subscribe to both options for $40 per month, a $5 discount.

Sling Blue has just added a number of channels from across the NBC networks including USA, Bravo, NBC Sports Network, Syfy, and more. Customers in 10 different cities – Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Hartford, Conn., Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, San Diego and Washington D.C – will have access to live broadcast NBC stations.

Blue and Orange subscribers can now also view BBC America.

The company also made a number of tweaks to some of its add-on packages, which start at an additional $5 per month.

Earlier this month, the Sling TV app landed on the fourth-generation Apple TV.

The Sling service looks great on the set-top box featuring a new UI. Some of the features include the My TV view that serves as the app’s home screen. You can get direct access to the most watched content along with picking up programs right where you left off.

With the Mini Guide, viewers can see all of the available live content without having to miss what they are currently watching.

The app also offers Siri remote dictation. That means you’ll be able to find a program, channel, or actor by just using your voice.

If you’re interested, you can take a look at our complete overview of the service on the Apple TV.

Along with the Apple TV, the app is designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and all iPad models.
