Ultimate Ears successfully merges music and art
Are you looking for a wireless speaker that is also a work of art? You’ve come to the right place.
It's all about the colors
Ultimate Ears has been offering earphones and wireless speakers since 1995. Two of our favorite Bluetooth speakers, the UE Boom 2 and UE Boom Megaboom, are known for their iconic cylinder shape, covered with a unique water- and stain-resistant material.
Along with the smaller UE Roll, the Boom line also represents a rarity in the sometimes black or white world of wireless speakers. Each is available in multiple color combinations and designs.
The company's latest UE Boom special edition, Rabbit Eye Movement, is by Austrian artist Nychos.

Many companies release special edition models for their favorite products, of course. Those editions usually come at a higher price. Not with Ultimate Ears. You can buy a modern, high-tech work of art for the same price as the regular speakers.
The first special edition UE Megaboom
Ultimate Ears has introduced its first UE Megaboom special edition. Called Shockwave, the model is designed in partnership with Red Bull Music Academy, an international traveling series of festivals for artists who make a difference in today’s musical landscape.
The Shockwave edition features a bold design in blue, yellow, and red.
Available exclusively through Ultimate Ear’s website, this special edition is priced at $299.99. The UE Megaboom is also available in plum, charcoal black, lava red, and electric blue.
A great combination
Music and art have often gone hand-in-hand. We’re impressed with how Ultimate Ears has done this with its speaker line and can’t wait to see the company’s upcoming designs.
