The Bluet Yeti is without question our favorite microphone here at GearAdvice. Not only are they well built and sound great, but it couldn’t be easier to set up.
Unlike many other professional mics, the Blue Yeti doesn’t require you set up an amp or have any special converters. Instead, it uses your standard USB-A port for a simple plug-and-play setup. We’ve been using these mics here for our podcasts for years and we can’t say anything but good things about them. Plus, getting in all-black for this price is unheard of.
