Amazon is offering the Homekit compatible Honeywell Lyric T5 Wi-Fi Smart Thermostat for just $114, the cheapest we’ve ever seen for this thermostsat.

There aren’t too many smart thermostats that work with Apple’s Homekit and our favorite one is over $200, but if you’re in the market for one and you’d rather go with one that’s a little more budget-friendly, the Honeywell Lyric T5 is a great alternative.
It has a sleek design that looks good on your wall and it has many of the smart features that make smart thermostats desirable including flexible scheduling and an app to let you control the temperature right from your phone or tablet. It’ll even send you push notifications in the event that temperatures are reaching extreme levels.
Of course, because it’s Homekit compatible, you can also use Siri to adjust the temperature whenever you please, something that comes in pretty hand if you’re an iOS user. And if you don’t happen to care for HomeKit, you can also use this thermostat with Alexa.
