App Store Description

£300 on your Helmet, £200 on your jacket, £150 on your trousers, £80 on your gloves, £150 on your boots and less than £5 on GoRide.

GoRide is a motorcycle safety app to detect falls and accidents. The app uses the iPhones built in sensors to analyse and detect if you have fallen. If the app detects a fall, it will begin a 20 second countdown before sounding an alarm and sending a notification to your chosen saviours. They will then be sent your current location and phone number so they can contact and find you quickly to make sure you are safe.

We have thought a lot about the balance between privacy and keeping you safe. This is why your location is only shared if you have fallen and is only available to the people that you choose. The app does not track or upload your location unless it detects a fall.

GoRide is exclusive to iPhone and iPad, Apple TV and Apple Watch!

The app requires an Internet connection to upload the user's location in the case of a fall. The phone must be mounted vertically in portrait on the handlebars of the bike to ensure the most accurate results for detecting falls. Please read and accept the Disclaimer in the app before using the Buddy feature.

The new Buddy feature is available on iPhone and the saviour feature can be used on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.
The S.O.S feature can be used on iPhone from the Today View and by using 3D Touch on the home screen icon, from the iPad in the Today View and from the Apple Watch app.

The Apple Watch app does not provide the "Buddy" auto fall detection. S.O.S alerts can be sent by tapping the button on the Apple Watch and requires a connection to your phone to send the alert through iCloud.
