Want your children to enjoy a healthier lifestyle? We do too! Healthy habits start early in life, and this fun, educational, and interactive video series is designed to set your children on the path to better health. Join our cast of colorful characters as we go on an adventure toward better health and discover fun ways to build better habits. There’s something for all ages with videos for:

TIKES: Little ones ages six and under will learn about nutrition as they build a fruits and veggies rainbow. They’ll also get in a little fitness as they walk through the seasons.
JUNIORS: Youngsters ages seven to eleven will get the scoop on building a healthy plate and take an exclusive peek into our sports countdown.
TEENS: Older kids, ages 12 and up, will get a lesson on eating healthy. They’ll also get a good chuckle while learning some awesome workout moves.
