Magnetometer Confirmed In Next iPhone?

The Boy Genius Report has gotten their e-hands on a couple photos allegedly from the next generation iPhone showing off what appears to be the settings screen for a magnetometer. A magnetometer is basically a compass and when paired with an iPhone could lead to many more possible functions within apps such as directional based map directions. Of course you have to assume that there's probably going to be one big downside to this addition to the next generation iPhone: the slew of iCompass applications that will undoubtedly make their way into the App Store. But that's a small price to pay when it comes to having the added benefit of being able to use your iPhone as a compass. Here's the other screenshot The Boy Genius got a hold of:
