The App Store's most addicting casual game just got even better.  Over the evening hours Firemint released version 1.2 of Flight Control which adds a whole bunch of new content along with a few welcomed feature additions. flightcontrol_screen7 The idea behind Flight Control is pretty simple, just land as many aircraft as you can without having a mid-air collision.  That's easier said than done, as certain aircraft can only land on certain runways, so you must direct the air traffic as best you can.  The game has become a huge hit because of its simple and yet addicting gameplay. Flight Control v1.2 adds two new airfields, one of which is a beachside airport and the other is an aircraft carrier.  We previously showed off tiny versions of these maps, but now you can witness them in full-screen glory.  The update also adds five new aircraft, including a seaplane and military jets.  One of the most sought after features has also been added, a fast-forward button!  Other new features include additional in-game scoreboards, the ability to follow people on the Cloudcell website, and the ability to tag your profile so others can find you. Flight Control is still available in the App Store for $.99.
