Gameloft has just sent us some brand new details regarding the second iteration of their soccer, or football, or whatever you want to call it, franchise for the iPhone and iPod touch, Real Soccer 2010. realsoccer2010_screen1Real Soccer 2010 has been bulked up with all kinds of new content and features.  The game will contain eight leagues, 245 licensed teams and players, 14 stadiums, and voice commentary.  Real Soccer 2010 will also be sporting some brand new online features, which will allow you to play head-to-head with your friends online via Wi-Fi or locally via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.  The game will utilize Gameloft's LIVE! service to keep track of your ranking and statistics.  Continuing on with the online features, Real Soccer 2010 will allow you to upload videos to YouTube and will also be able to update your roster with the latest trades. If you had experienced difficulties controlling players in Real Soccer 2009, you will be happy to know that the d-pad has been modified to be more precise.  A new player selection system has been implemented to allow you to easily select a player by simply touching the one you want to control. Gameloft hasn't released any pricing information for Real Soccer 2010, although you should find out soon enough as the game is slated to launch sometime this month.
