Overview

Tired of that bully stealing your lunch money or the neighbor's dog constantly trying to attack you as you walk by? Maybe you just want to take out a creepy boss clown? Either way, Super Water Bomber's got you covered. Using aim, strategy, and a little luck, launch a barrage of water balloons at your enemies in this fun and casual game from Digital Chocolate.

Features

There are 9 different types of water balloons in your arsenal including Cluster Balloons, TNT Timer Balloons, Sniper Balloons, and many more as well. The game has multiple enemies to take down like vicious dogs, bullies, and those creepy boss clowns I mentioned earlier. There's also a few others that are thrown into the mix. There are 4 city maps to explore throughout the app as well.

The Good:

If this is your kind of game, there is a ridiculous amount of levels for you to play through here. I applaud the devs for adding so much into such a casual game. I really enjoyed the overall look of this one too. The graphics aren't the best around, but they fit the game and feel like you're playing a classic NES game. The strategy aspect of the game is also a very nice touch here. This could've been a very simple side-scroller, but instead there really is an element of strategy to the game and it takes a bit to get the angles and trajectories down.

The Bad:

super-water-bomber-water The gameplay gets laggy at times. Remember when playing an old NES game and anytime there was more than three things moving on-screen at any one time it would lag like crazy? Mega Man II was notorious for this by the way. Well, this game has the same issues in it. Overall, it just doesn't run that smoothly at times.

The Verdict

While I feel this is a very entertaining game with a ton of replay value due to the massive amount of levels included in it, the app does have the lag issue that really hurts the overall gameplay here. When the Free version is available I recommend trying that out first. [gallery link="file" columns="4"]
