Freeverse recently released an extremely practical app called Eye Glasses, an app which is targeted at the older iPhone crowd, or just generally for those who have a difficult time reading small text or viewing small details. eyeglasses_screenEye Glasses is also a perfect app for those of you who constantly forget your reading glasses at home, or simply for those who just don't like carrying them around wherever you go for an occasional use; and since your iPhone is always with you, you will never be without the ability to read that utterly important fine print. Eye Glasses' simplicity is definitely one of its bullet points.  You can choose between four levels of magnification located at the bottom of the screen, ranging from 2x, 4x, 6x, or 8x, then just point the iPhone's camera at whatever it is you need magnified.  Freeverse recommends the use of an iPhone 3GS since its camera features the ability to auto-focus, but will technically run on any iPhone. Eye Glasses is now available in the App Store for $2.99.
