Mobclix Going Head To Head With Admob In A $10'000 Challenge

TAKE THE MOBCLIX CHALLENGE

Mobile advertisement is growing big, especially in the App Store. By turning their paid apps into sponsored versions certain developers can increase their profit and allow consumers to save money, a clear win-win situation. Therefore the in-app ad business is highly competitive and mobile advertisement companies all want a piece of the cake. To expand its market shares, Mobclix, very confident of the superiority of its offer, is starting a new challenge. The idea is that if you accept to try their ads insert in your app for 14 days and you make less money than with Admob, they'll offer you $10'000 worth of advertising. Here is the concept presented by Mobclix :
  • Developers will be able to compare the Mobclix ad exchange to AdMob’s network by integrating both SDKs into their apps
  • They’ll need to split impressions (50/50) between Mobclix and AdMob for two weeks
  • This challenge will take place for 14 days, starting November 16, 2009
  • If they don't make more revenue from Mobclix, they get $10,000 worth of advertising
