Solomodels Wants To Help Aspiring Models Launch Their Careers With A Custom iPhone App

solomodels

Solomodels is a website that provides tools and services to help models, photographers, or just general fashion industry professionals not only launch their careers, but also manage them and help them grow over time.  The company recently decided to expand their services to not only include custom iPhone optimized websites, but they now also offer fully customizable iPhone apps to help models expand their reach. solomodels_screenSolomodels offers models a variety of ways to get noticed and keep their fans informed.  They offer basic services such as profile and image listings for a $1 fee, all the way to massive monthly packages that allow models to show off galleries of images, audio files, video files, access casting calls, events, and competitions, and much more.  Large flash websites, however, aren't the easiest to navigate, so Solomodels not only offers custom iPhone optimized websites but also apps, all for a small one-time fee. If you are already a Solomodels member you can have your very own custom iPhone app created for a one-time fee of $499.  That $499 set-up fee will allow you to customize the colors and background images of each section of your own app, just like with their flash websites, display all of your content, including your photos, audio, and video files, and even allow you to change the content as often as you wish. This service is relatively new, so Solomodels currently has only one model's app available in the App Store, but it at least gives you an idea of what to expect.  The custom apps are available for download in the App Store for free. This is definitely an interesting option for aspiring models, photographers, and fashion industry professionals.  The modeling industry is jam packed with people trying to get noticed, and the best way to that is to expand your reach as far and wide as possible.  What better way to do that than to provide all of your content on Apple's massive platform?  And although $499 seems like a lot of cash to drop on a somewhat generic albeit customizable app, developers obviously don't work for free, and at least with Solomodels you know what you are going to get considering this is their very dedicated line of work.
