World of Goo is a
highly acclaimed physics-based puzzle game currently available for Mac OS X, Windows, Linux, and WiiWare. 2D Boy, the developers, have decided to celebrate the game's birthday, which is today, with a "whatever price you want" sale. That's right, you can head to
their website (if it actually loads for you) and upon checking out, enter whatever price you want to pay for the game.
Oddly enough, that's not even the most exciting bit of news for you iPhone and iPod touch gamers out there. 2D Boy has also taken this unique opportunity to tell the world that
World of Goo will be coming to the iPhone. At this point all we know is that they have a build running on an iPhone 3GS and they are working on improving the performance for other devices. It is assumed that it will be a direct port of the desktop version of the game, but we will just have to wait for more information to surface.
