Apple To Release A Concierge App
November 16, 2009
According to MacRumors, Apple would be about to release a Concierge app. For those who don't know it yet, Concierge is Apple's service that lets you book a genius or a personal shopping appointment in Apple Stores directly from your browser.
It looks like Apple is making an extra effort lately to integrate the iPhone ecosystem in its store experience, especially since they rolled out their new iPod based Easy Pay solution just last week in Paris.
I took App Store appointments from my iPhone before and it is indeed not very iPhone friendly, nonetheless I don't think that the frequency of such an event calls for a dedicated spot on my iPhone, what about a simple Web-App?
