Airlock Turns Your iPhone Into A Proximity Unlock Key For Your Mac

I'm a fan of those little security gadget apps and Airlock by M.H.A seems like a really good one. Thanks to Bluetooth it lets you secure the access to your Mac using your iPhone.

The app installs itself into your mac's preference panel, you're then going to need to pair it with your iPhone, once that's done you can set the perimeter around your mac that will trigger the lock and that's it.Dock-2

Now whenever you'll leave the delimited perimeter your mac will automatically lock itself and unlock itself once you come back to it. I believe they are other applications that allow this but this one happens to integrate specifically with the iPhone and worked really well on my tests.

The only real issue I see is that it will drain both your Mac's and iPhone's battery a little faster.

It's $7.77 for the full version and you can actually use it for free for up to three hours.
