Aliph Launches The Jawbone Icon, Extra iPhone-Friendly

A quick note to inform you that Aliph has just released a new version of its premium Jawbone Bluetooth headset. Besides its top of the line design and an integrated new chip that allows it to make your voice sound creepy, the Jawbone Icon comes with an interesting new feature for iPhone owners.
Indeed, they apparently got some preferential treatment from Apple and you'll be able to watch its battery level directly from your iPhone, a first for a non-Apple Bluetooth accessory.
With Apple discontinuing its own headset, we can only hope this will become a standard.
Besides that, I'm thinking of getting one. Do you think wearing one of those is really a faux pas?
