You can’t expect to mess with Apple without consequences, and the Finish are about to get a taste of their own medicine.
In response to Nokia asking for a ban on iPhones and iPods, Apple just requested the US international trade commission to put a ban on Nokia phones imports. Both parties’ grounds for those bans are apparent patent violations of all kinds, even though many suspect this to be simple “corporate hard-ball” over multi touch patents.
I doubt any of those requests will really go through but we’ll keep you posted.
