The iPhone's one-exchange-account policy days are now over.
Thanks to a new utility, AddExchange, you can now easily add a second exchange account to your iPhone. Just download it from Cydia (it's free), launch it and click the + button. It will add a second exchange account named SRV2 to your mail settings that you can then edit.
It's strange, now I want a third one...
