George Hotz Is Back With Untethered Jailbreak For Every iDevice (iPad Too?)

The incredible iPhone genius George Hotz has just announced on his blog that he has managed to develop an untethered jailbreak for the iPhone and iPod touch. It will allow all of you who couldn't live with an untethered jailbreak, upgraded by mistake, or bought a brand new device to finally do it. Just like if this wasn't enough, he believes it will also work on the iPad. I'm a little dubious about this, but I guess we'll find out soon enough. Here are his words:

I believe it meets the requirements for a good video. The jailbreak is all software based, and is as simple to use as blackra1n. It is completely untethered, works on all current tethered models(ipt2, 3gs, ipt3), and will probably work on iPad too. Please don't ask about a release date. You won't make it happen any sooner.
