Sprint Wants To Make Your iPhone Go 4G

After Verizon's somewhat desperate trial to get your iPad online on their 3G, it's now Sprint's turn to attempt to tap into i-success. Their latest ad, aimed at promoting their Sierra Wireless Overdrive 4G WiFi hotspot (just like Verizon's MiFi, but on 4G), uses nothing less than iPhone for the purpose, with a touch of humor.

While using this with my iPhone still feels like a stretch, Sprint's Overdrive could have some real potential for WiFi iPad owners, indeed, in covered areas, the speed you can obtain on this generation of data networks is quite amazing.
