Charadium Comes To The iPad Because The iPhone/iPod Touch Is Too Small

April 2, 2010

Charadium for iPad will be part of the iPad App Store launch for $4.99. Now if you don't know, Charadium is an app for the iPhone/iPod Touch that is basically an online pictionary game. You draw pictures of a given word that other connected iPhone users try to guess. The game is one of the best in the App Store, and defines what iPhone gaming should be. That fun is coming to the iPad with obviously enhanced graphics, but that's just the small stuff. If you've ever played Charadium on the iPhone/iPod Touch you know how amazing it would be on a bigger device. It's nearly impossible to draw anything well on the 3.5" screen, and it's a hassle no matter what. Well now you have a 9.7" screen to draw your wonderful creations. Your iPad owning friends also have the wondrous space so it will be easier to guess their drawings. It should also be much easier to type in answers which is such a pain on the tiny iPhone keyboard. The entire experience should improve ten fold. You can play Charadium against every other idevice user whether it's other iPads, iPhones, or iPod Touches. Get your drawing finger ready.
