Jared Allen Gets An Official App; It's All Business In The Front And All Party In The Back

Rock Software is apparently in the business of making iPhone apps for major sports figures, as they have now released an official Jared Allen app to go along with the Chad Ochocinco Experience and Mark Cuban's Puzzle Palace.  For those of you who don't know, Jared Allen is the Minnesota Viking's star defensive end who has heaping amounts of personality and a fondness for mullets. The official Jared Allen app gives fans and curious individuals an open door to everything Jared Allen, or in his own words "[the app] contains everything that I think you need to help you understand how to live the best life (my life)." The Jared Allen app is customized to meet every Jared Allen fans' needs.  If you are interested in his personal life, the app contains pics of Allen hunting, what his favorite songs and apps are (apparently TWC and Scrabble are among his favorites), soundbites, videos, hunting tips, information about his restaurant, and yes, even a mullet generator and mullet fan pic section. The mullet generator allows you to take a snapshot of yourself or import one from your camera roll to obtain your very own virtual mullet.  There are a few mullets to choose from along with a couple of other accessories like hats and sunglasses.  After you snap a pic of yourself mullet-ized, you can submit it to Mr. Allen and he will determine if it is cool enough to be placed in the app. For those of you who actually care about his professional career, the app also contains videos and pics of Allen destroying quarterbacks, NFL news, and a Vikings schedule. If you are an obsessive Jared Allen, or just a big fan of the Minnesota Vikings like me, you will not be disappointed with this official app.  Sure, it is still a bit lacking in the content department and has a few bugs here and there, but it's entirely free and should help you understand the enigma that is Jared Allen.
