QuickAdvice: LetMeKnow - Push Mail, Twitter, Facebook, and More on your iPhone

After extensively testing LetMeKnow since last September I confidently say this app works very well. If I have gmail open, LetMeKnow alerts me before it appears. Replies on twitter are super quick as well, and it opens directly into the twitter client of your choice. There are tons of sounds to choose from so you can easily decipher the alerts. Also included are push notifications for facebook, severe weather alerts, web page changes, RSS feed changes, craigslist postings, stocks, youtube and server uptime. A ten minute interval is just fine since most of these don't change that often. As for twitter, it has no interval, and will probably update the most. Too many weather updates can become annoying since you're being pushed every time there are just slight adjustments. The server should be able to handle this better. It's nice with web page changesas you can pick the percent it needs to change before it alerts you to check it. Facebook is quick, helpful, and offers all kinds of services depending on the type of user you are. Craigslist postings are a unique functionality, and it lets you search by what you're looking for. For example if you are looking for an iPad for under $500, then you'll only get those pushes. The entire app has all kinds of customizations, including quiet intervals and priority notifications. The mail push is probably the best, so you don't need to check your mail often, and can just wait for a push. The app is free! So download it, and try it out yourself. Mail and twitter will always be free, and this may be the best free app you ever download. If you want all the things listed above then you'll start running into in app purchases, but depending on your uses, it should be well worth it. LetMeKnow is an amazing app that is a great utility and will keep you notified.  It's quick, customizable, and practical, which makes it the best of its kind.
