It probably won't come as a huge surprise to you that the iPad's new Micro Sim can be used in other devices. The only real difference being the form factor, all you need to do is adapt it a bit to fit in your iPhone. Throw some jailbreak geekery in there and you might even consider replacing your iPhone's AT&T plan by a $30/month unlimited iPad data plan.
