NY Post: Apple Might Face An Antitrust Inquiry

Is Apple the new Microsoft? We're indeed hearing that a lot lately; and if you believe the NY Post today, it might face a similar fate as well.
Indeed, people "familiar with the matter" are claiming that the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission are now considering an antitrust inquiry into Apple's new policies. The ones which most notably killed Adobe's Flash-to-iPhone ambitions.
Alright, these discussions are apparently still at a very early stage. Nonetheless, it hints that we're getting to a point where Apple won't be free to do whatever it wants with iPhone OS anymore.
Is Apple abusing its position and the DoJ should force it to open up? You tell me.
