iPhone 4 Now Available For Pre-Order - Black Only

June 15, 2010

Just finished paying for your iPad? Here we go again; Apple has just begun taking pre-orders for the iPhone 4. Whether you're in the US, France, Germany, Japan or the UK you can now head over to your local Apple website and place your order. If everything goes according to schedule, your new iPhone 4 will be delivered to your doorstep or will be available to pick up on June 24th. In the US, the 16GB and 32GB editions go for $199 and $299 respectively. There's nothing unusual about the process besides the fact that, as announced yesterday, only the black edition is available at the moment. We'll probably have to wait for Steve to reply to someone's complaint to find out more about why the white version is unavailable. Surprisingly, the pre-order page allows you to order an iPhone 3GS for $99 if you wish to, but we wouldn't recommend it. As you can imagine, Apple's servers all around the world are getting slammed at the moment, so it might take quite some patience and dedication to complete your order. Don't give up though, because Apple probably has lots of units available for early adopters. Confused about the new iPhone 4 and the pre-ordering process? Check out or essential buyer's guide.
