iPhone 4 Pre-Orders Coming Early?
It seems like Apple has a very pleasant surprise for the lucky people who managed to pre-order their iPhone 4 online last week. Readers are forwarding an impressive number of emails from Apple stating that pre-ordered iPhone 4's might arrive as early as tomorrow (Wednesday), rather than Thursday (the original promised delivery day). Our guess is that Apple is once again easing up on its package holding policy.
The most likely explanation is that the delivery volume is simply too large to be handled in one day. Some believe that this nice gesture from Apple comes as a form of apology for their massive pre-order issues. I'm afraid many of you that opted for an in-store pick-up are not going to like this... right?
