Dr. Seuss' Green Eggs And Ham Now Available In eBook Form For iPad And iPhone
Sam-I-am has made his way into the App Store with the goal of convincing iPhone and iPad users all over the world to eat their Green Eggs and Ham. Oceanhouse Media has released yet another one of Dr. Seuss' classic books in eBook form, Green Eggs and Ham. One of the most iconic Dr. Seuss books of all-time, Green Eggs and Ham for iPhone and iPad features the ability to have the book read aloud by professional narrators. It also features a picture / word association function, where individual words are highlighted as the story is read, and will zoom up when pictures are touched. Background audio and a custom soundtrack can be played to enhance the experience. Green Eggs and Ham was first published in 1960, and has since gone on to be the fourth-bestselling English-language children's book of all-time, so you can understand why Oceanhouse is so proud for it to be the 100th app the company has published.
“We love developing for these mobile platforms” said Michel Kripalani, President of Oceanhouse Media. “We are incredibly excited about the rate of iPad acceptance and what that means to the future of learning.”Dr. Seuss fans will also want to check out some of Oceanhouse's other recent releases, including Gertrude McFuzz and Hop on Pop. Green Eggs and Ham is now available in the App Store for $3.99. Hop on Pop is also priced at $3.99, while Gertrude McFuzz is only $1.99 since it is a short story.
