Mysterious Mini Apple Touchscreen Leaks

The Taiwanese from Apple.pro that first leaked the white iPhone 4 are back at it today with some new unreleased and mysterious Apple hardware. This time, they apparently put their hands on a very curious little Apple-made touchscreen. It's 3x3 centimeters and well, it could be just anything. The fact that it was found outside of California however makes me think that this might be already hitting mass-production. Of course, it could be just a scam.
So you tell me, what could Apple make out of this? iPad mini, iPod square? New Macbook touchpad? The iWatch?
