Photonasis HD ($1.99 -> Free): Spiff up those boring old photos with this iPad app. Photonasis HD allows you to apply 39 different filters to any of your photos in your library, and then save them back to your library or send them off via email. The list of filters is ever-expanding, so this is an investment for the future.
