iPhone 4 Supply Begins To Ease, Shipping Times Shorten

October 5, 2010
If you still haven't purchased an iPhone 4, your resolve has been rewarded. According to the Apple.com website, the shipping times for Apple's newest smartphone is now set at 5-7 days. This includes both the 16GB and 32GB models. Strangely, the iPhone 3GS still requires a 1-2 week wait for shipment. Keep in mind that these shipping numbers are for the U.S. site only, and other countries continue to experience delays of three weeks or more. In England and New Zealand, shipping times for the iPhone 4 model continue to sit at three weeks. Even in Canada, which borders the United States, a three week wait is indicated. Hong Kong is sporting a 3-5 week shipping timeframe. With the holiday season approaching, Apple is ramping up production of its top selling smartphone. Expect shipping times to shorten even more as the weeks go by.
