Apple Releases iPad Gift Cards

Gift cards emblazoned with the name "iPad" on them have been spotted at retailers across the United States. The cards, which aren’t any different than standard Apple gift cards, are being released in time for the holidays. According to MacStories, while the cards offer nothing special, the way Apple allows you to use them has changed:

What’s interesting is that, apparently, Apple updated its iPad purchase policies to include support for discounts through the aforementioned gift cards. Until a few weeks ago, Apple only allowed customers to buy an iPad via a debit or credit card.
