New iPhone 5 Could Debut June 6th

It looks like Apple’s annual WWDC conference will be held June 5-9, 2011. This is when the iPhone 5 (or whatever the next generation device is called) will most likely be announced to the world. AppleBitch was first to spot a new entry on the online event calendar for San Francisco’s Moscone Center, simple titled, “Corporate Meeting.”

Apple has preferred this venue for past WWDC events. The dates make sense; last year’s conference began over the same week at the same location. If true, the anticipated keynote address would be held Monday, June 6.
