Walmart Will Begin Selling Verizon iPhones

February 9, 2011
Apple, Verizon, and Best Buy aren’t the only stores showing some love for the Verizon iPhone. The nation’s top retailer, Walmart, will also begin selling the new device tomorrow, February 10. The Verizon iPhone will be sold at 600 Walmart locations throughout the United States. The 16GB model will sell for $199, while the 32GB model is priced at $299. In addition to selling the device, Walmart will offer a full line of Verizon iPhone accessories, including cases and car chargers. Apple and Walmart have a long history. The retailer began selling the AT&T iPhone 4 on its launch day last June. In addition, Walmart began selling iPads last fall.
