A Chance To Win A Keyboard2 Promo Code With A Retweet Or Comment

March 30, 2011
AppAdvice has teamed up with Tal Shumski, our latest AppAdvice Daily podcast sponsor, in order to offer you a chance to win one of six promo codes for Keyboard2 ($.99) for iPhone and iPod touch. Keyboard2 is a highly customizable full screen keyboard app that features keys twice the size of Apple's own native on-screen keys, making it much easier to type long emails or documents. Since Keyboard2's keys are semi-transparent, you are actually able to see what it is you are typing even in full screen mode. If the keyboard feels like it is getting in the way, you can change the opacity by pinching and pulling on the keyboard itself and change the key colors by swiping. If you still can't get the hang of things, a secondary typing mode is also available that shrinks the keyboard size down to around 70 percent and provides a clear space for text. Other customization options include the ability to change font size by pinching and pulling on text, the ability to change font color by swiping with two fingers on the text, and the ability to change the background color by swiping with two fingers. The main ABC keyboard includes all common punctuation marks while the numeric keyboard features a "keypad" layout and includes all other special characters. All text typed within the app can be sent via SMS and email, or you can copy it to the clipboard and paste it into any third-party app. To have a chance at winning one of two Keyboard2 promo codes, simply hit that blue tweet button near the bottom of this page or retweet this post from your favorite Twitter app before 11:59 PM PDT tonight (March 30th). We will then search the Twitterverse for all of the retweets and randomly choose our lucky winners. The winners will be notified via Twitter, so please be sure to follow us so we can send you your promo code via a direct message. Non-Twitter users and those of you who want to increase your odds of winning can simply leave a relevant comment below before 11:59 PM PDT tonight to have a chance at winning one of the other four promo codes. Feel free to participate in the giveaway via either or both methods. Only one entry per person per method is allowed, totaling up to two entries per person if using both.
