Flyz ($.99 -> Free, 3.3 MB): Control a hungry lizard and gobble up all of the flies, wasps, and goo so you don't starve. Bugs can only be consumed when they are in focus. The game features simple tap controls and global leaderboards.

Zombie Sweeper ($.99 -> Free, 29.9 MB): Ward off the zombies by tapping each side of the screen to unleash your current weapon. If you miss a zombie there will be a slight delay before your next swing, putting you in a sticky situation. The game features 30 weapon types, 10 special weapons, the ability to upgrade weapons, and OpenFeint integration.

Gravulous - WARNING! Highly Addictive ($.99 -> Free, 7.2 MB): Free planets from the black hole only to eventually make them explode and create more space. You are awarded with a single point for vaporizing a planet, which takes three direct hits to accomplish. If a planet comes to rest back in the black hole, the game is over. It features simple tap controls and global leaderboards.
Gravulous - WARNING! Highly Addictive is available for free today only (03/22). It has a 3.5-star rating with a total of 73 ratings.
Universal:
Cosmic ™ ($4.99 -> Free, 33.6 MB): View over 100,000 stars in space from the palm of your hand. This educational app allows you to find stars via a multi-touch interface, by tilting your device, or by searching for their common name, Bayer designation, Flamsteed number, or catalogue number. It also includes a night mode, the ability to customize your view in a variety of ways, horizon indicators, and so much more.
Cosmic ™ is available for free for the entire week. It has a 5-star rating with a total of 3 ratings.

If you are a developer who would like to get your app included in our “Apps Gone Free” daily lists, here’s our basic set of rules:
- It must have at least a three-star average rating at the time it goes free.
- The app must not have been free numerous times (3+) over the last six months.
- The free version of your app must not include ads.
