QuickOffice For iPad Gains Additional Sharing Options, AirPrint Support
March 18, 2011
QuickOffice Connect Mobile Suite for iPad has finally gained those additional sharing options that were first teased way back in late January during Macworld 2011 along with a couple of other handy new features.
Added via the latest update, QuickOffice now features integration with three popular real-time collaboration services: Scribd, SlideShare, and Docstoc. These three services allow you to store and share any of your files online for the world to see. You can easily upload a document to any of the three services by dragging it onto the sharing icon at the bottom of the screen and then choosing your preferred service.
QuickOffice v2.1 features AirPrint support as well, allowing you to print any of your documents directly from your iPad with only a couple of taps as long as you have a compatible printer.
The update also adds the ability to save files as PDFs, which can be moved to your computer via iTunes File Sharing or sent via email.
The latest version of QuickOffice Connect Mobile Suite for iPad is available in the App Store for $14.99, so get collaborating.
