President Obama Owns An iPad 2 - White House Photo

The President of the United States carries an iPad 2, according to a new Flickr photo released by The White House. Although Barack Obama confirmed he owned an iPad just weeks ago, this is the first time it was confirmed to be a second-generation iDevice. The official White House photo, which shows the president boarding Marine One, clearly shows Obama carrying an iPad 2 with a gray polyurethane Smart Cover. According to a Cult Of Mac reader, Obama’s iDevice is an iPad 2 Wi-Fi+3G model, although we’re not sure how they jumped to that conclusion.
