This fast-paced action puzzler requires you to defend Earth from the cute yet mysterious moon critters known as Mooniz by matching groups of them as quickly as possible since both of the included game modes feature a timer ticking down to doomsday.
Different colored Mooniz stream in from the top of the screen, and it’s up to you to tap on like colored groups of three or more to remove them from the board, allowing additional Mooniz to flow in. If you tap a group of two or less, however, they will be killed right on the spot and won’t be able to be matched unless they are revived using a power-up.
Although this is a rather frantic game, there is a bit of strategy involved. The more Mooniz you match at once, the more points you will score and the more stars you will receive. You need to collect stars in order to move on to the next level, so it’s imperative that you plan your taps.
You can also use different power-ups like color splash or extra time to further boost your score, but they will cost you some coins. Coins can be obtained three different ways: by playing the game and playing it well; by stopping by the free coin bank every six hours; or you can purchase coins in-app with real money.
Mooniz also features upbeat music and sound effects, Retina display support, and Game Center integration.
