Apple Features AirPlay & FaceTime In Two New TV Ads

July 11, 2011
Apple, with two new spots this week, is continuing its campaign to tout all the great things you're missing out on if you don't have an iPhone. The first one features FaceTime, and Apple is finally demonstrating the service's cross-platform abilities to the public, that is live video chats between iPhone and Macs, or second generation iPads. The second clip is centered on AirPlay, and for the first time is showing off both the audio and video capabilities of the protocol. Without a doubt, it will make anybody without an iPhone salivate. On the downside, Apple is still going with the same old background music on these two new clips, which makes us nostalgic for the good times when Apple helped us discover new tunes and bands through their advertisements. Both ads are available on YouTube, and are embedded below. Enjoy!
