UI Concept Video: Some Small Tweaks To Make iOS 5 That Much Better

July 11, 2011
The upcoming fifth iteration of iOS will arrive with a lot of interface improvements. The most notable is, without a doubt, Notification Center, which allows you to access everything that's happening from your apps in one place without ever being interrupted. Yet, there is still room left for Apple to improve. Spotted by iPhone-ticker, this UI improvement concept video made by Jan Micheal Cart points out some small changes Apple could make to further improve iOS 5. For example, he recommends placing the Wi-Fi network selection in the Notification Center, as well as adding support for popovers (like on the iPad), to some of Apple's menu items. These are some great ideas, and from our experience they would certainly make iOS 5 much better. We can only hope that Apple is listening, or at least ... some jailbreak tweak developer is. Check it out, and tell us what you think!
