Quirky App Of The Day: Poop Analyzer

I wish this app didn't exist. However, I feel a responsibility as a presenter of quirky apps to let people know that someone took the time to design an application that analyzes the products of a bowel movement by scanning your finger. I usually have a great time writing about apps, but this one I'm just not feeling. Poop Analyzer doesn't get my quirky backing.
By simply placing your finger on the screen, the app scans your finger and predicts what kind of bowel movement you will have. I already have two tools to help me with that. It's called experience and common sense. When that breakfast burrito looks a little bit shady, you're probably going to pay for your haste later by slowing down to take frequent bathroom breaks.When someone I know ate six bowls of Grape Nuts because she liked the flavor, she found out through experience that doctors don't joke around about fiber being a natural laxative. Common sense and experience are about all you need.
So, in the interest of not taking too much more time to explain the reasons why I don't want an app telling me what's between just me and my digestive tract, I'll cut this short. I think that unless this app was designed to compensate for the product of a drunken bet, the time used to bring this strange app into existence could have been better spent.
Luckily, Poop Analyzer is available on the App Store for free. Otherwise, I might cry.
