Infinity Blade II Not Playing Nice With Older Devices? Chair Is Aware And A Fix Is Coming

We reviewed the highly anticipated Infinity Blade II, but received many reports of the game not working on original iPads and fourth-gen iPod touches. This is unfortunate for those affected by the problem, but there is some good news.

We’ve contacted Chair and have heard back regarding the issue. The official statement is as follows:

“We’ve discovered an issue with some users who are running Infinity Blade II on iPad 1 and iPod touch devices. We are working to have a fix for this issue ASAP.”

The update to Infinity Blade II will be submitted to Apple within the next day, according to our contact.

Those that are affected by the problem should look forward to the next update, which hopefully won’t be too long from now, considering that this is a high profile developer. To the express lane, Chair!
