Just tap anywhere on a skyscraper to attach your rope to it, and tap again to release it and fly through the air. Just make sure not to leave too much slack in your rope, because you don't want your ragdoll crashing into the ground. The game includes 12 modes, a destructible ragdoll, and OpenFeint integration.
